Separate air conditioning units for every bedroom suite.

Upgraded Linens Provided: 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, pillow selection from ultra-soft to firm. Plush spa-quality robes and disposable slippers. Hand-made organic soap. Shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner supplied in shower mounted self-dispensing caddy.

Each bedroom is a separate suite with its own balcony/terrace, views, bath and air conditioning. Privacy comes from separated locations in the house. King beds in Grand Master and Serenity suites. Queen bed in Surfer Suite. Soft mattress pillowtop in each suite as well as upgraded linens and pillows. Additionally, there are two inflatable mattresses available for children.

Satellite TV. Limited local channel selection. CD/Stereo. DVD player and video library with over 30 DVD’s available. Plenty for kids under 12.

The gourmet kitchen has most modern amenities including granite countertops, a stainless, side-by-side steel refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and numerous small appliances. Cookware, dinnerware and kitchen utensils are there as well. Bottled water for drinking and cooking are provided. Or, of course, you can choose to not cook at all and just enjoy the delicious food prepared by our in-house cooks.

The dining room seats 6-8, has dramatic ocean views, and opens directly to the beach.

Pre-provisioning of food supplies can be done before your arrival. Or you can relax and enjoy meals prepared for you by our in-house cooks. Prior notice is necessary for either.

Telephone at house. Requires prepaid phone card available from property manager. Cell phones will not work predictably, but you frequently get a signal by going outside to the beach. Satellite provided, wireless broadband internet connection. Sometimes slow, usually available.
