The private pool is located on the beach side of the house, just outside the living room, with incredible 180 degree views of the beach. You will appreciate the pool’s cool refreshment and convenience on the warmer tropical days of summer. You can watch the kids play in the pool from the palapa, outdoor living room or inside the house.

If you would like a larger pool, the community pool is located nearby just a short walk away. If you want to go to the beach instead of the pool, the best part is that you won’t have to pack and carry everything to the beach, it is right there, a few yards away.

The outdoor dining palapa represents the best in “laid back” Mexican living. A “palapa” is a kind of open air gazebo thatched with coconut palm fronds and offers welcoming shade while still allowing the pleasures of being outdoors. Enjoy the views, fresh air and tropical breezes while you dine al-fresco or sip your favorite drink as you leisurely converse with friends or family.
You can use it as a quiet shady retreat to lounge or read a book. You can feel the stress just melt away under the spell of the warm sun and the soothing rhythmic sounds of the surf. If you have more ambition, you can also fire up the gas barbeque and watch the spectacular sunsets in the evening.

A large outdoor living room is located between the house and the pool. Shaded by the overhanging roof it has a large bench with plenty of room and cushions, perfect for watching the kids in the pool or maintaining conversation with the people in the pool if you don’t want to go in yourself.
